Other Stuff:  Things that I feel are important, and which can be incorporated in any of the three categories above.

Slave Positions:

There are numerous sites on-line that discuss different positions that a submissive “needs to learn” to please her Master.  In truth, none of these are necessary, however, it is true that they are attractive, fun to do, and also…often help the submissive express her feelings of submission in a physical manner.  Also, they can be incorporated in different areas.  For example, a Master may choose to select one of the positions listed below as a favorite for his submissive to use for presenting, instead of the one described above. 

Or when having her serve at dinner, in between courses, he may choose to have her display herself for his pleasure.  Or simply as an exercise in control, he may simply wish to see how well she has practiced various positions and simply wish to use voice command to have her change into various modes.  

Also, when designing rituals for those private times, it sometimes helps to have a position in mind as a base to either start or finish the ritual.  Training is required for these as well if it is decided that they are to be used.  

The positions I have selected were taken from several Gorean sites, with some modifications for real life vs. virtual life.  

The feeling of being a totally owned and submitted slave can be overpowering.  The following positions enhance these feelings.

Tower:     (Non-Gorean term - Kneel up)
slave kneels body erect....head up..eyes lowered..chest out....thighs parted....tummy in.....hands on thighs palms down or crossed over her heart.  

Nadu:        (non-Gorean term - display)
Similar to tower, but much more exposed and open to a Master. Knees and thighs are widely parted, hands are on your thighs, palms open and facing up, back gently arched thrusting breasts forward and up. The slave is exposed and open to the Master's gaze or touch as he pleases. 

Karta:     (non-Gorean term - plead)
(used as a greeting or to make a request of a Master.)  Kneel in nadu then press your head to the floor, letting your hair spread out, your bottom high in the air, arms reaching forward with palms pressed to the floor.

Leasha: 
Low kneels, her back to her Master, with her chin lifted and head turned to the left, offering her collar for leashing. Her wrists are behind her back, ready, if needed to be snapped into slave bracelets. 

Bara :
lays face down on the floor her hands behind her back ...wrists crossed...legs straight ...ankles crossed ...head left ...ready to be bound. The girl does not break this position until told to by the Master. 

Belly:
lays on the floor face down ...forehead resting flat on the surface ...arms at her sides ..legs widely spread ...she crawls to the Master on her belly  

Obedience:
lays face down before the Master, placing her cheek against his feet ..kissing them lightly

Sula:
lays on her back on the floor ...her hands at her sides palms open and up ...her legs are spread widely apart...ready for sex or bondage or control  

Sula-Ki:    (non-Gorean term:   supine)
lays on her back on the floor ...her hands at her sides palms open and up ...her legs are spread widely apart...ready for sex or bondage or control ...she lifts her hips off the floor slowly for the Masters pleasure  

Leasha High:
legs parted ..back erect ...and wraps her hands behind her back ready for to be braceletted ... shoulders straight... her head up and turned left ..ready for the leash  

Bracelets: 
stands with wrists behind back and crossed ...head left ..ready to be braceletted  

Inspection:
stands and lifts her arms above her head elbows bent slightly, wrist crossed, legs spread and slightly bent at knees, her head turned to the left offering her collar as well. 

Table:
goes to all fours, her back straight, her legs parted, hands perpendicular to her body, palms flat upon floor, her hair pulled off over the left shoulder. (the slave may now be used as a table or foot rest)  

Classic Slave Sex:
moves to her hands and knees ..her legs parted widely ...her head straight ...she remains motionless waiting for the Master's command and pleasure  

object sex:
moves to her knees and elbows...her head resting on her interlocked hands.... her buttocks in the air...ready for either being beaten on the buttocks or being taken from behind like an animal   (This position treats her like a receptacle to be used by the Master as he will.)  

Whipping Position: 
kneels in nadu.....head to floor, arms stretched out in front..crossed at the wrists....hair pulled over the head  

Other Rules of Behavior:

Many people use rules of behavior established in the Story of O, by  Pauline Reage (Dominique Aury).  These include never wearing panties.  Always keeping the legs and the lips parted.  Sitting in on furniture only with bare skin touching them.    There is an abundance of fictional BDSM stories, from the Story of O to the Anne Rice Beauty series, to Norman’s Gor books.  All come with their own unique sets of rules for the slaves and submissives.  And it is from these sources that most people draw their own rules and rituals.  Just remember that physical fact does not always match fantasy.

ATTIRE: Appearances are not everything, but they do count.

How you look is very important.  The submissive needs to keep herself clean and neat at all times.  To allow herself to be otherwise sends a very strong message that she does not care enough about her role to maintain herself properly.

However, the flip side to this is that the Dominant must also do the same.  Many dominants claim that their submissive is their most treasured possession and they are pleased when she makes the effort to be pleasing to them.  Yet they do not find it necessary to show that they feel their submissive is worth the effort for them to look their best as well.  How you present yourself, whether Dom or sub, says a lot to your partner.  

Often, after a long day at work all you want to do is get into your most comfortable clothes and just veg out.  Every day, you present your best face to the world, then come home and crumple into “comfortable.”   Instead, at least once a week - but more often as possible, when you get home, clean up.  Put on a nice outfit.  Make yourself as attractive and presentable as possible.  Make this a mid-week ritual (for BOTH Master and submissive) that demonstrates that you really do think that your partner is worth the effort to be the best you can be for them as well as for the outside world.

When going out for an evening, it is typical for a Dominant to require his submissive to dress seductively, in her best clothes and makeup, yet he is not willing to make an equal effort to show he is proud to show her off and will wear jeans and a t-shirt to off set her evening gown.     This is a good excuse for a ritual.  Having the submissive lay out the dominants clothing as well as her own, assist him in his preparations and then have him supervise/watch hers, can make dressing up more fun and the event more intense.
